CIPHA SOUNDS & ROSENBERG: 1/23/09 – Start of our diet

I don’t even wanna write today cause I’m mad tired but here is today’s show. We played back the call of Obama calling and dissing me, we had Charly Murphy on the show talking about being at Carolines on broadway this weekend, and we had Video Vato running down the oscar nominations. We also started our “4 Day Diet” with Dr. Ian Smith from Celebrity Fit Club. There is $2,000 on the line here for whoever loses the most weight. So let’s get it poppin. Have a good weekend.

The show was great today… but I never thought you guys were that chubby!! LOL!! By the way Ciph, you’re right: dr Smith should give you a cut. Because of you I order the Fat Smash diet book last night, get myself right for ’09!

I’ma give you advice since i don’t want Rosenberg to win: it will be a lot easier for you to control your eating habits (and stop overeating) if you GET MORE SLEEP… probably hard to do because of your involvement with HOT and DJing, but most people make bad food decisions when they are tired, and eat in order to get energy boosts…
otherwise, just start running 4 miles a day/ 7 days a week like I do… only takes 25 minutes out of your day… I’m your height, but weigh a buck fitty.
